School Closing Form

If you're a school, business, or church in the KHQA viewing area and would like to be added into the new KHQA Closings system, please fill out the form below and submit.

*Please note: This form is simply a request to be added to our online closing system. It does not submit an actual closing. If you submit the form after 5 p.m. on a weekday, we will get back to you the next business day.

When the entity has been added to our system, the person noted as the main contact will be emailed with instructions and login information. From there, your school, business or organization can then submit a closing.
